Online Training programs are a great option if you enjoy training on your own, but you don't necessarily know which exercises to do. Our online programs are carefully planned and designed to ensure that our clients receive the intended and optimal benefits from every single program!

LEAN: Strength Training Program: S

Duration of Program: 54-weeks (9 x 6-weeks)

Equipment Required: 2x Light Dumbbells; 2x Heavy Dumbbells; 1x Powerband; 1x Step

This 54-week program consists of 9x 6-week phases. The workouts vary from 4-6 workouts per week depending on the different phases.

Workout duration will vary from 30-60 minutes per session.

The aim of the program is to build lean muscle and create that "toned" look everyone is after.

The LEAN Program now consists of 54-weeks. A brand new 18 weeks (3.0 or phase 7, 8 & 9) have been added. The program can be bought per 18-week package or per 6-week phases (see shop for the 6-week options).

You can start this program anytime you want!

Fit & Fruity: HIIT & Running Program

Duration of Program: 7-weeks

Equipment Required: Skipping Rope & Running Shoes

HIIT & Running Program

This 7-week program consists of 14x HIIT Workouts, 7x Ab Attack Workouts, 21x Running Sessions, 7x Spiritual Blogs, 7x Smoothie Recipes and 7x FEAST Recipes.

Workout duration will vary from 30-90 minutes per session, depending on the running program you chose and your fitness levels.

The aim of the program is to improve metabolic conditioning and get you to running your first 5/10km.

 

You can start this program anytime you want!

10km Running Program

Duration of Program: 10-weeks

Equipment Required: Running Shoes

HIIT & Running Program

This 10-week program was initially designed for a corporate initiative but since so many of you are interested to start running, I though it well to make the program available to you!

The program consist of 4 sessions per week, which include fartlek, tempo, and interval sessions,

 

The duration session of each session will vary depending on your fitness levels but will mostly be between 30-60 minutes per session.

The aim of the program is to improve cardiovascular fitness and get you to run your first 10km.

 

You can start this program anytime you want!

TURN UP THE HIIT (TUTH)

Duration of Program: 30-weeks (6 x 5-weeks)

Equipment Required: None - Bodyweight based

 

This 6 x 5-week program consist of 4 workouts per week.

Each workout in Phase 1, 2 & 3 is approximately 30 mins long and it's HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based.

Each workout in Phase 4, 5 & 6 is approximately 45 mins long and it's HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based.

It's a great option if you are short on time but still want to get a proper workout in!

The program can be bought as the full 30-week package or per 5-week phases (see shop for the 5-week options).

WHWC e-Book (Winter Home Workout Challenge) 

Duration of Program: 12-weeks (3 x 4-weeks)

Equipment Required: None - Bodyweight based

This 12-week eBook program consists of 3x 4-week phases. There are 3 workouts per week.

Workout duration vary from 30-60min sessions.

This program is focused building core strength and improving overall body conditioning. 

The program can be bought per 12-week package or per 4-week phases (see shop for the 4-week options)
