    I cannot even count the amount of times I've been asked for a beginner running program! And whenever I've launched a challenge in the past - I always get asked how to adapt the program to incorporate running as well. So this time I have changed it up! The focus of the program is a combination of HIIT Training and Running. The idea is to get you off the couch and running your first 5/10km! You can pick your distance! What better time to get out and running, than in Spring!

    Each week will have 2 running sessions and 2 HIIT bodyweight workouts. With an optional 3rd running session and an optional Ab Attack workout.


    This challenge was inspired by the Fruit of the Spirit! Hence the name: Fit & Fruity!

    We're tackling this challenge on body, soul & spirit level!
