Lara JonkerJun 9, 20211 min readProtein Cookie Dough BitesThese bites are just the right size and dipped in your chocolate of choice!I can honestly say this recipe is finger-lickin' good, literally!I added psyllium husks to the recipe for some extra fiber, so these treats also help with digestion and absorption with the nutritious ingredients...Ingredients:1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used fat-free)1 cup oat flour (blended oats)1/4 cup granulated sugar (I used coconut palm sugar, you can use xylitol or the real deal)1/2 cup vanilla protein (Carlo's Effect Whey Protein- use "lara" for 15% discount!) 1/8 cup psyllium husk powder (30ml)* Chocolate of choice for an outside coat- I used a mint chocolate Wonderbar*Spray & cookInstructions:1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl except the chocolate.2. Spray hands with cook & spray.3. Roll up a thick/dry mixture into little balls.4. Dip each ball in melted chocolate of choice. 5. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve. Freeze them for future treats!Calories depend on the size of each ball. But this recipe makes a big batch!
