[Makes 40 squares]
Ingredients:
2x Pouches Apple Puree (Baby Food)
500g Icing Sugar
40g Cacao
2 Eggs
2 Packs Marie Biscuits
Instructions:
Sift icing sugar & cacao together.
Mix above with apple puree.
Beat the egg and mix it in.
Microwave the mixture for approximately 2 minutes.
Break the Marie Biscuits finely and add to the mixture.
Scoop mixture into a square container & allow to cool.
Place in refrigerator & cut into squares.
