These bites are just the right size and dipped in your chocolate of choice!
I can honestly say this recipe is finger-lickin' good, literally!
I added psyllium husks to the recipe for some extra fiber, so these treats also help with digestion and absorption with the nutritious ingredients...
1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used fat-free)
1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (I used coconut palm sugar, you can use xylitol or the real deal)
1/8 cup psyllium husk powder (30ml)
* Chocolate of choice for an outside coat- I used a mint chocolate Wonderbar
*Spray & cook
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl except the chocolate.
2. Spray hands with cook & spray.
3. Roll up a thick/dry mixture into little balls.
4. Dip each ball in melted chocolate of choice.
5. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve.
Freeze them for future treats!
Calories depend on the size of each ball.
But this recipe makes a big batch!
