Vanilla Chai Mug Cake


This mug cake is the exact balance between spice and vanilla! Not too spicy and too bland.


This mug cake is filled with protein and is low in carbs and it's so easy, without any eggs!

ALL you need for baking it is a microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes.


Ingredients:


DRY:

15g almond flour (or sub for 30g oat flour)

15g oat flour (blended oats)

15g vanilla protein whey

0,5 tsp mixed spice (Woolworths)

0,5 tsp cinnamon spice

0,5 tsp baking powder


WET:

+- 10 Sweetener Drops (Delitefoods)

50g plain fat-free yogurt

10ml almond milk

Vanilla extract


TOPPING:

30g fat-free smooth cottage cheese

6 sweetener drops

dash of cinnamon

Instructions:


1. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well in a cup.

2. Microwave for 90 seconds on medium heat. Check regularly to avoid over cooking.

3. Once cooked, remove from microwave.

4. Make the topping and top the mug cake off with it!
