Sugar-Free Low Cal Gummies
Are you a lover of gummy bears? I know I am! BUT they are packed with refined sugars!
Here is a super quick and easy recipe to sub jelly babies with!
All you need are just 3 ingredients!
SUGAR FREE JELLY (STRAWBERRY) - 3/4 packet from Tantalize
GELATIN -1/2 packet BERRY JUICE 100% - 50 ml
Mix all 3 the ingredients together with a dash of hot water. (About 50 ml of hot water.)
Get a mold with size blocks of your choice. I used my freezer's ice cube mold. I would recommend a silicone one.
Pour mixture into mold parts and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
Roll gummies when set in desired topping, I used desiccated coconut or xylitol.
You can always choose another jelly flavour and sub it with other juice. e.g. SF Pineapple Jelly & Lemon Juice
THE WHOLE BATCH IS 46 calories!
That makes it 3 calories PER GUMMIE. (Depending on the size)
