Protein Bomb Pancake


This must be one of my favourite creations yet! This is a great recipe if you are wanting to reach that protein goal for the day. I'd have this everyday if I can!


If you don't have vanilla protein whey, you can substitute that for any other flavour. It would just taste like the flavour you have! I use Carlo's Effect Strawberry Whey Protein, and it works just amazing! ( You can use my discount code to order yourself some & receive a discount with "LAR01" )


Ingredients:


2 egg whites (large)

30g protein whey (vanilla)

1/2 tsp baking powder

70g fat free yogurt

Berries as toppings


Instructions:


  1. Bring a sprayed pan to medium heat on a stove.

  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks of your eggs.

  3. Mix the 2 egg whites together with a fork.

  4. Add 15g of Protein Whey and mix again.

  5. Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and mix again.

  6. Pour the mixture onto the heated pan.

  7. Bake one side until cooked, flip over to the other side and do the same.

  8. Mix the other 15g protein with your yogurt separately, and top your pancake with a delicious protein icing and other toppings, berries, nut butter etc.
