Milktart Custard Pudding

If you know be by now, you'll know that I have something sweet every day! This pudding I have been having is not too spicy and not too sweet, it just has that right balance, like milktart!



Ingredients:


SERVES 1


125 ml ZERO vanilla flavoured custard

120g fat-free plain yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp uncooked oats

6-8 sweetener drops

1/2 tsp cinnamon


*toppings (I used speckled eggs)


Instructions:

  1. Mix the yogurt, custard and cinnamon together.

  2. Add the sweetener drops, chia seeds and oats. Mix well.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. Top it off with some SWEET toppings!

  5. ENJOY!
