Microgreen Wraps


Here is a great green recipe for boosting your overall health! If you don't have microgreens, no worries just substitute them with spinach! It is so easy and full of protein, vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients:

SERVES 1


Wrap:

3 large eggs

1 handful of spinach/microgreens

*salt to taste (optional)


Fillings of choice.



Instructions:

  1. Bring a non-stick pan to medium heat and spray with spray and cook.

  2. Blend 3 eggs and greens together in a blender, until it forms a light-green colour.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the heated pan and cover to bake.

  4. Flip the wrap until golden brown on both sides.

  5. Fill with your choice of fillings.
