Lara's Birthday Cake Brownies


Happiness & joy, feelings I felt eating these. So good! Guilt-free and good for you with some joyful colours in between!


Let's get right into it!


Ingredients:


SERVES 6 big or 8 smaller brownies


50g oat flour (blended oats)

30g/1 serving Carlo's Effect Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tbsp nut butter (peanut butter/almond/macadamia butter) I used cocoa macadamia butter from Buttanut Spreads

2 tsp cocoa powder

10 sweetener drops

1 large egg

100 ml almond milk/low fat milk

80g blended pumpkin

1 tsp baking powder

and birthday cake sprinkles!

Instructions:


  1. Blend up your oats to create oats flour.

  2. Spray and cook a bread pan. Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  4. Add the wet ingredients.

  5. Mix well.

  6. Transfer batter to sprayed bread pan. *You can add sprinkles in the batter as well.(I only added on top)

  7. Sprinkle sprinkles on top of batter before putting it into the oven.

  8. Bake for 10-15mins. Don't overbake. Check regularly.
