Here we go again! Lara is jugglin' tests, graduation shoots, uni classes, group fitness classes - you name it! So a recipe for this week was not going to happen. Hence another "something-baked-that's-not-all-too-healthy" from my side! I still need to learn to healthify things!😂
Anyone who truly knows me, knows that my love for Nutella runs deep. As in: the bottom of the Nutella jar deep! For real!
This was supposed to be a 1 serving recipe - but it turned out super sweet. If you're a sweet tooth, you'll probably gobble it down like my husband did. Otherwise make it & share it with a friend / partner / hubby!
Ingredients:
🍫 2 tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein
🍫 2 tbsp Almond Flour
🍫 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
🍫 75ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
🍫 1 tsp Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate
🍫 50g Nutella
Instructions:
👉 Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
👉 In a cup / bowl: mix all of the above together, making sure that it's well blended.
👉 Bake it in the oven for 15 min.
*You can also bake it in the microwave or air fryer - cooking time will differ though.
