Chocolate Crackle Overnight Oats

Want a fresh and creamy breakfast for this new year? This is it! I love a good bowl of plain protein oats, but this is something different and it's got protein! It is protein oats all spiced up with another look! It has the same breaking the crackle effect as creme brulee!

It will leave you feeling like you've just had dessert for breakfast!
Ingredients:

for the oats:
40g oats
30g vanilla protein whey
5g chia seeds
60g fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup water
sweetener drops *optional

for the chocolate crackle:
1/2 tbsp melted chocolate chips OR 1 square melted dark Lindt chocolate

Instructions:

1. Blend all the oats ingredients together until smooth.
2. Pour it into a bowl.
3. Pour the chocolate over the oats.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
5. Break the crackle and enjoy!
