This right here, is where it all started for Fit Best as a brand! And we can with confidence say that we are still just as passionate (if not more) about it all as we were back in 2018!

We believe that fitness is there to supplement and compliment our lives and not to add more pressure to our already busy schedules. It's a way of improving life quality and is something that can and should be enjoyed! If you don't enjoy it - there's no way you'll stick with it in the long run!

Our Online Training Programs cater for everyone - from the beginner to the advanced - you will be challenged!

Our programs are intentionally planned and designed to accomplish different goals.
Some of the programs are App based and others are only eBook based.
With our app based programs, you will still receive an eBook version of your program as well.
eBooks are yours to keep forever.
App access is only for the duration of the program and a set period of time afterwards, should you fall behind because of life - you'd still be able to complete the program on the app.

LEAN
Strength & HIIT

Focus: Building lean muscle and getting that "toned" look everyone is after.
Program Duration: 6-54 weeks
(9x 6-week phases)
Sessions per Week: 4-6 sessions depending on the phase you are in

We also have a LEAN Pregnancy program which caters for all 40-weeks. The program consists of strength, pelvic floor and core as well as mobility sessions.

Focus: Improving metabolic conditioning and get you to run your first 5/10km.
Program Duration: 7 weeks
Sessions per Week: 5-6 sessions
Duration per Session: 30-90 minutes

When I rebranded, I decided to stick to the original colour that FITBEST started with for the Fitness puzzle piece.
This colour is also associated with confidence. It's often associated with people or circumstances that are non-threatening, confident and stable. (Phil 1:6; 1 Tim 3:14). It's also a reminder to us that calmness does not mean laziness. We have to lift our bums and do what Abba has called us to do (Judges 18:9) - in the physical and spiritual. It's symbolic of taking up the opportunities that the Lord is making available in your life and getting to the place where He wants you to be (Prov 27:8; Isa 49:20). This colour also links to one of the 12 tribes of the Israelites, Zebulun. When you are living in Abba's rhythm and will for your life, you can be sure that He will provide for you in all your needs (Gen 30:20; Gen 48:9; Ex 23:20)!
