LEAN 2023 Challenge

Due to popular demand we have made the decision to do a second intake for the LEAN 2023 Challenge!

Pre-Challenge Phase: 20 March - 2 April 2023

Challenge Phase: 3 April - 6 Aug 2023

Post-Challenge Phase: 7 Aug 2023 onwards

Initial Intake:

Challenge Dates: 30 Jan -18 Jun 2023 (Entries are now closed)

Pre-Challenge Phase: 30 Jan - 12 Feb 2023

Challenge Phase: 13 Feb - 18 Jun 2023

Post-Challenge Phase: 19 Jun 2023 onwards

The LEAN Challenge was such a hit that it's returning for the third year! It clearly shows that when a program is designed with sustainability in mind - it will always be a hit!

The structure of the LEAN Challenge will differ slightly depending if you opted for 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0. The programs build upon one another and should be done in order. Which combined gives you a 54-week training program!

1.0 and 2.0 is by no means "easier" than 3.0. You can complete 3.0 and then redo 1.0 again and I promise you that it will challenge you again like you wouldn't believe!

LEAN 1.0 - mat, dumbbells, powerband (large loop resistance band)

LEAN 2.0 & 3.0 - mat, dumbbells, powerband, step

  • Exit Strategy - equipping you to continue with this lifestyle after the challenge is over

  • Training Program eBook - the full program in PDF format, as you will only have access to the app for 6 weeks after the challenge ended


As a certified pre-& post natal exercise specialist, with more than 5 years experience training & working with pregnant and post-partum women: The LEAN Challenge comes with a pregnancy section - if you are pregnant or fall pregnant during the challenge, this section will ensure that you know exactly how to adapt or change the program to continue training safely during your pregnancy.
